Our story
From an essential oils business to a contract manufacturer
Giva Agro was founded in Dehradun by a team of agricultural specialists, herbalists and wellness formulators. What began as an essential oils and Himalayan Shilajit business has become a full herbal nutraceutical contract manufacturing operation, producing capsules, tablets, softgels, powders and liquid formats for private label and white label partners across four continents.
Along the way we added personal care and cosmetics, and herbal tea blending and packing. That breadth was not a strategy on a whiteboard — it happened because partners who trusted us with one category kept asking whether we could make the next one, and building the capability in-house was better for them than sending them elsewhere.
We apply to our partners' brands exactly the standards we apply to our own. That sentence is easy to write and expensive to mean; it is why our quality section talks about methods and documents rather than adjectives.

03 · Herbal supplements
A 500+ formulation library in six dosage forms — vegetarian capsules, tablets, softgels, powders, tinctures and sachets — organised by benefit rather than by ingredient.
04 · Himalayan Shilajit
Our origin product, purified in-house from Grade A raw material collected in our own region and standardised for fulvic acid, as resin, capsules, drops, sticks and bulk extract.
05 · Herbal & specialty teas
Forty-plus house blends and unlimited custom blending from Himalayan foothill and Assam gardens, packed as pyramids, envelopes, loose leaf or bulk.
06 · Packaging & filling
21 stock pack formats from 5 ml to 1 litre, filled, labelled, sealed, coded and cartoned in-house, with label design and print available as an add-on.

The people between the mountain and your label
Giva Agro is run from the head office in Dehradun, with a team covering agricultural sourcing, distillation and extraction, formulation and R&D, quality control, and regulatory and export documentation — plus commercial contacts in France, New Zealand and Australia who work in their own markets' hours.
Partners and their technical teams are welcome at Dehradun, and we support remote and third-party audits. For buyers who cannot travel we arrange a live walkthrough with your QA team and supply the audit documentation pack in advance.
