Direct sourcing
Most Shilajit sold internationally has passed through three or four hands before it reaches a manufacturer — a village collector, a district aggregator, a wholesale trader, an export house. Every hand takes a margin, and every hand is a place where Himalayan material can quietly become something else.
Giva Agro is based in Dehradun, at the foot of the Indian Himalayas, and our sourcing team works with the collector communities directly. Raw exudate comes to our own facility, is purified by us, is assayed by us, and is filled by us. The chain from rock to jar has two links in it, and we own both.

Our chain
Collector → Giva Agro purification and filling → you. Two margins, a batch record that names the collection region, and a manufacturer who can answer a question about the raw material without making a phone call.
Why buyers care
Because “Himalayan Shilajit” is the most abused origin claim in the supplement trade. If your brand is going to make it on a label, you need a supply chain that survives a customer asking how you know.
The range
Every format below is made from the same purified Himalayan resin, standardised to the same declared fulvic acid content. Each is available as private label under your brand, as white label on a proven SKU, or in bulk for your own filling line.

The original format and still the category benchmark. Purified, sun-dried Himalayan resin with a soft, tacky consistency that dissolves cleanly in warm water or milk. Nothing added, nothing extracted — the concentrate as it comes off our evaporation stage.
Fulvic acid: >75%
Fill sizes: 15 g · 20 g · 30 g · 50 g · 100 g glass jars
MOQ: From 500 units private label · 25 kg bulk

Our highest-value SKU: purified resin blended with standardised Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Gokshura and Swarna Bhasma prepared by the classical Ayurvedic marana process. The formulation brands reach for when they want a premium tier above plain resin.
Base: >75% fulvic acid Shilajit resin
Botanicals: Ashwagandha 5% withanolides, Safed Musli 50% saponins, Gokshura 40% saponins
Formats: 20 g / 30 g / 50 g jars · capsules on request

Liquid Shilajit in an alcohol-free vegetable glycerin base, dosed by pipette. The easiest format for a consumer to take consistently, and the one that converts best in subscription and e-commerce channels where resin feels intimidating.
Bottle: 15 ml / 30 ml / 50 ml amber or black glass, graduated pipette
Base: Alcohol-free vegetable glycerin, purified water
MOQ: From 1,000 units per SKU

Purified Shilajit resin blended into raw Himalayan honey and filled into single-dose sticks. A daily dose with no jar, no spoon and no measuring — the format that has moved Shilajit from a specialist product into travel packs, sampling and subscription boxes.
Fill: 5 g / 10 g sticks, Shilajit loading to your brief
Carton: 10 / 20 / 30-stick printed cartons
MOQ: From 5,000 sticks

Standardised Shilajit extract in 100% vegetarian HPMC capsules — the format retail buyers and pharmacy channels prefer, because dose is fixed, shelf life is predictable and the pack ships and merchandises like every other supplement on the shelf.
Fill: 500 mg or 800 mg, size 0 and 00
Counts: 60 / 90 / 120 in HDPE, PET or glass bottles
MOQ: From 1,000 units per SKU

For manufacturers, contract packers and formulators: purified resin in food-grade pails and standardised spray-dried extract powder for capsule, tablet, gummy and beverage applications — supplied against your own specification and assay requirement.
Formats: Resin in 5 kg / 25 kg food-grade pails · extract powder in 25 kg drums
Specification: Fulvic acid to your declared minimum
MOQ: From 25 kg
Technical specification
Everything a procurement or QA team needs before they write to you. Full specification sheets and a sample Certificate of Analysis are supplied on request.
Servings shown are typical retail dosing for reference only and are not a recommendation. Final dose, label wording and permitted claims are set by the brand owner to the rules of the destination market. Shelf life is confirmed per formulation against real-time and accelerated stability data.
Purity & testing
Fulvic acid content is the number every Shilajit buyer asks for and the number most suppliers quote without a method attached. Ours is measured, not estimated, and the figure on the Certificate of Analysis is the figure the batch was released against.
We are comfortable publishing these questions because we answer all five. If a competing quotation looks unusually cheap, ask them the same five and compare the answers rather than the prices.
How to buy
Your brand on our Shilajit. You choose the format, fill size, jar, closure, spoon and box; we formulate, fill, label, seal, code and carton. First run from 500 units on resin.
An existing, market-tested SKU relabelled for you. No development, no stability wait — artwork approval to shipped goods in weeks rather than months.
Purified resin in pails or standardised extract powder in drums, against your specification, for your own filling, encapsulation or formulation line.

Packaging
Shilajit sells on shelf presence more than almost any supplement category — it is an unfamiliar-looking product at a premium price, and the pack is what makes it credible. Everything below is produced and filled in-house.

Ten stock sizes from 6.35 cm cubes to 12.7 cm cartons, plus bespoke tooling. Matte, gloss, soft-touch, hot foil and spot UV.

Two-piece and magnetic-close presentation boxes with a fitted cavity for jar and spoon. The format that lifts a 30 g jar into a gifting price point.

Amber, black, opal white and clear glass from 15 g to 100 g. Gold, silver, black or wooden caps, induction sealed.

Twenty spoon profiles in gold, rose gold, silver and matte black, engraved or printed with your mark.
Drops & liquids
15–50 ml amber and black glass droppers with graduated pipettes, child-resistant collars available, shrink-banded and cartoned.
Sticks & sachets
Printed single-dose honey sticks and powder sachets, in 10, 20 and 30-count display cartons for retail and sampling.
Capsule bottles
HDPE, PET and glass in 120–250 cc for 60, 90 and 120 counts, with tamper-evident wads and desiccant where required.

Lead times are indicative and confirmed per programme at order.
Export markets
Food supplement composition and labelling under Directive 2002/46/EC and Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, contaminant limits to Regulation (EU) 2023/915, and claim wording restricted to what Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 authorises. Novel food status screened before quotation.
Compositions screened against the TGA permitted ingredients determination so your sponsor can list on the ARTG, with manufacturing evidence supporting GMP clearance for our site, and claims kept inside the permitted indications list.
Within the maximum permitted daily doses of the Dietary Supplements Regulations 1985, labelled to Regulation 11 with no therapeutic claims stated or implied, and documented for your MPI food importer registration.
Frequently asked
Above 75%, measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and stated on the Certificate of Analysis for every batch. We release against that figure rather than quoting a typical value, and we supply the method alongside the result so your own laboratory can reproduce it.
Yes, and we can evidence it. Our raw exudate is collected at roughly 18,000 ft by sourcing partners we work with directly, and the collection region and season are recorded against every production batch. We purify it ourselves in Dehradun rather than buying finished powder from a trader, which is what makes the origin record possible rather than assertable.
Direct. Our office sits at the foot of the Himalayas and our sourcing team deals with collector communities without an aggregator, a trader or an export house in between. That removes several margins from your landed cost and, more importantly, removes the points in the chain where material origin normally becomes unverifiable.
Resin, Shilajit Gold, drops, honey sticks and capsules, plus bulk resin and standardised extract powder for your own filling line. All five finished formats are made from the same purified resin and standardised to the same declared fulvic acid content, so a brand can launch a full range with one specification behind it.
Resin private label starts at 500 units, drops and capsules at 1,000 units per SKU, honey sticks at 5,000 sticks, and bulk supply at 25 kg. Exact MOQ depends on the jar, the fill size and the artwork, and we confirm it in writing at quotation.
Yes. Samples take 7–10 working days and come with a specification sheet and a batch Certificate of Analysis. For private label we can build a filled sample with your artwork applied so you can check fit, finish and seal integrity before committing to a production run.
By ICP-MS, on every batch, against the limits of your destination market rather than a single generic specification. Shilajit is a mineral-rich geological material, so heavy metals are the genuine risk in this category — a supplier who tests annually rather than per batch is not controlling it.
Yes. Custom potency, custom botanical stacking — Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Gokshura, Swarna Bhasma and others — and custom formats built to your brief. Send a benchmark product, a target specification or simply the positioning you want, and we will come back with a formulation and a compliance note for your market.
A batch Certificate of Analysis, the full product specification sheet, allergen and GMO declarations, a vegan or vegetarian statement, Certificate of Origin, Free Sale and health certificates for the destination market, MSDS where applicable, and the complete export and freight documentation pack. Stability data is supplied on request.
Yes, and we screen composition and label wording against each market before quoting. Europe, Australia and New Zealand are our three focus export markets, and we hold partner offices in France, New Zealand and Australia so the person quoting your programme works in your timezone. Final regulatory responsibility for placing a product on the market rests with the brand owner, sponsor or importer.
